Hey guys!
Happy New Year! that came around fast eh?
Todays article is a little different.
From the title you know that this will be about the recent London Collection - Mens (LC.M) S/S15 shows.
They hold these menswear collections more and more frequently now and they showcase the best designers out there.I won't go through all of the shows but i will point out key trends to look for, My favourite shows and my favourite outfits.
I don't want to waffle on too much so let's get to it.
KEY TRENDS FOR S/S15
Colours - Camel, Accents of Orange, greys, Blacks, Opulent tones like emerald greens and red wine, Browns.
The new year is always neutral going into it. It's about being fresh so try and utilize key accent colours like orange. Whether it's an orange stripe etc
The boundaries of menswear just keep being pushed further. Designers such as Katie Eary, Sankuanz, AGI + SAM and SIBLING brought us vivid prints, graphic and bold.
Katie Eary had some amazing make up on her models. Almost Clockwork Orange. Sankuanz had a very unique look with rainbow brusing and cuts! see HERE
There was also a darker edge seen; almost mythical. Loose and flowing movements from Lee Roach, Craig Green, Maharishi, KTZ and McQueen.
A final trend was suiting. layered, long, neutral tones with opulent accents.
